1. Who we are

Hamdi Visuals is the independent design practice of Hamdi Larbi, a graphic designer based in Tunis, Tunisia. For any question about this policy or about the information held about you, contact belarbi.hamdi4@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit the contact form or request a consultation, that means your name, your email address and the content of your message, including any project details you decide to share.

We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive personal information, payment card details or confidential documents through this website. If a project requires confidential material, we agree a secure method separately.

3. Why we use it

Your information is used to reply to your enquiry, arrange and hold a consultation, prepare a proposal, and carry out any project you go on to commission. It is used for nothing else.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to a marketing list without your explicit request, and we do not send unsolicited newsletters.

4. Service providers

This website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, and enquiries reach us by email through a standard email provider. Those providers process data on our behalf and may store it on servers outside Tunisia. We choose providers that apply recognised security standards, and we share only what is necessary for the service to function.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the site to load and function correctly. If privacy-respecting analytics are added in future to measure aggregate page visits, this policy will be updated before they go live.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for up to 24 months, so we can recognise you if you come back, then deleted. Records relating to commissioned projects are kept for as long as needed to deliver the work, support you afterwards and meet legal or accounting obligations.

7. Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to enquiry emails is protected by strong authentication. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure, so please do not send confidential business information through the contact form before we have agreed how to handle it.

8. Your rights

You can ask at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email belarbi.hamdi4@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you ask for deletion, we will remove your details except where we are required to retain records for legal or accounting reasons.

9. Portfolio use of project work

Completed design work may be shown in our portfolio, on this website and on platforms such as Behance and LinkedIn. This covers the design work itself, not your personal contact details or confidential business information. If you would prefer a project to stay private, tell us and we will keep it unpublished.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Material changes affecting how we handle information already collected will be communicated by email where we hold an address for you.
