How I scope, price and run projects — and what makes them go well.

What does a typical project look like from start to finish?
Every project starts with a free 30-minute consultation to understand your business, audience and commercial goals. From there I send a written proposal with scope, deliverables, timeline and a fixed price. Once approved, I move into research and concept directions, present a focused set of options rather than a dozen, refine the chosen direction through structured revision rounds, then deliver final files with guidelines and a handover walkthrough.
How long does a branding or print project take?
A logo and core identity typically takes two to three weeks. A full brand system with guidelines and applied collateral runs four to six weeks. Single print pieces — a brochure, poster or business card set — usually take five to ten working days depending on content readiness. Timelines are agreed in the proposal, and the biggest variable is how quickly feedback and content come back from your side.
How do you price your work?
I price by project, not by the hour, so you know the total cost before we begin. The fee reflects scope, number of deliverables, complexity and usage rather than the number of hours I spend. Every proposal is itemised, so you can see exactly what you're paying for and adjust scope up or down before signing off. No surprise invoices.
How many revisions are included?
Two structured revision rounds are included on the chosen direction, which is enough for the vast majority of projects when feedback is consolidated. Rounds are consolidated deliberately: one clear set of comments moves work forward far faster than a stream of individual notes. If scope changes materially — a new deliverable, a new direction, a new audience — I'll quote it transparently before doing the work.
Do you provide print-ready files, and can you deal with my printer?
Yes. I trained as both a designer and a machine operator in a print house, so I set up bleed, trim, colour profiles, ink coverage and finishing specs correctly from the start. I'm happy to speak directly with your printer, review proofs and advise on paper stock and finishes. If the printer needs a change, I make it — you never have to translate technical requests between us.
Do you work with clients outside Tunisia?
Regularly. I work remotely with founders and companies across Europe, North Africa and the Middle East, in French, English or Arabic. Calls happen over video, files are shared through cloud links, and I keep working hours that overlap with European and Gulf time zones. Distance has never been the thing that decides whether a project succeeds.
What do you need from me before we start?
A short brief on your business, who you're selling to and what you want the design to achieve; any existing brand material, even if you dislike it; final copy or a realistic plan to produce it; and one decision-maker who can give consolidated feedback. Projects with a single clear approver consistently finish faster and stronger.
Who owns the final designs?
You do. On full payment, ownership of the final approved artwork transfers to you, along with the files you need to use it — print-ready PDFs, editable source files where relevant, and export-ready digital assets. I keep the right to show the work in my portfolio and on Behance, unless you ask me to keep the project confidential.
